How to apply for unifi relocation?

You can request for unifi relocation of address at TMpoint outlets nationwide only. The relocation is subject to service availability at the new area where you wish to relocate the service. To save the hassle to go all the way to TMPoint, you are recommended to fill up online form below to check for your new address unifi availability.

Any service charge for relocation?

It depends on your current service category; either unifi or Business Broadband.

Normally for unifi, there is no relocation fee but wiring charges may apply, according to the Non-Standard Installation (NSI) rates for unifi.

For Business Broadband, You will be charged with the relocation fee of RM50 per line.

*** If the relocation involved any extra internal wiring, the charge will be RM50 (for the first 5m) and additional RM5 for every and each metre.

When should I request for unifi relocation prior to my relocation date?

Usually it is advisable to request for unifi relocation at least seven (7) working days prior to your relocation date. 

How about the old equipment? Do i need to bring along to the new address that I am relocating?

For unifi customers and to be secure, you are advise to bring along the equipment.

For Business Broadband, you are required to bring all the current equipment to your new address.
