UniFi standard installation for new subscription
- Up to 50 meters of internal cabling
- Deviations, such as conduit, over-the-ceiling, or underground wiring, are considered non-standard and will incur charges and to be paid directly to the installer. Normally the process involves a site survey, internal wiring, equipment setup, and testing, and can take 1 to 8 hours.

Standard Installation
- Internal Cabling: Up to 15 meters of fibre cable and 15 meters of LAN/phone cable.
- Raceway Casing: Up to 30 meters of standard white raceway to protect the cables.
- Labour: The RM200 installation fee is often waived for new subscriptions.
- Equipment: The cost of the necessary equipment is included.
- Testing: The technician will test the connection after installation.
Non-Standard Installation
- Excess Cabling: More than the standard 15 meters of fibre or LAN/phone cable.
- Non-Standard Routing: Cabling over the ceiling, wall-concealed wiring, or any other non-standard path.
- Excessive Casing: More than 30 meters of raceway.
- Outdoor Wiring: Activities like on-pole or underground wiring to the building.
- Specialized Materials: Use of materials like GI pipes, microducts, or cement for underground routing.
